I'm telling the whole world that TP sucks! Gawd! Sure, they hire many unemployed out there in just 1 day. But, once you're with them, you'll swear that their system sucks! Lucky I am I was able to get out of that hell. But still, they owe me grand.
Let me tell you how one of their system works. A month ago, I resigned from TP and guess what, you'll know whether you're cleared from them after a month! Good gracious! It took them a month to clear a person, they have thousands of employees out there. Ok. OK. Fine. After a month, I was already calling them (Human Resources) to verify the status of my clearance. My fingers are already aching from redialling the phone since nobody (as in nobody!) is answering the phone! Hey guys, you're from HR, don't you remember? Don't you have phone ethiques? Grr!!!
Well, after hours and hours of redialling the number, someone had enough energy to pick up their phone. Thank God! So she said that my clearance is ok and that they have already forwarded it accounting weeks ago, yadayadayada. Yahoo!!!
Called up Accounting immediately, and like the phone ethiques in HR, nobody is answering the phone again. Hay!!! So frustrating! Hey, I've worked for that money!
Finally, someone again had energy to pick up the phone and tell me to call today for the status. Kinda happy? Hell, yes! I was expecting they'll release the check today, shopping day I thought...
So today, my phone marathon started again. I even asked help from Daddy to call TP as it's already getting into my nerves. Few minutes after, Daddy called me up and told me what they have told him... Call them back again next week for the status, if they could release the check this month. W*** T** F***! I was really annoyed with the whole situation.
So guys out there who wanted to be in the CC industry, please remove in your list TP. There's a whole lot more freaking stories about TP that I would share in the future. Just to give you a clue, when it comes to money matters, their system sucks! Boo!!!
